Projfolio ("we", "our", "us") operates the Projfolio platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company details, project data, photos, and addresses. When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business reviews with your authorization.
We use your information to provide and improve the Projfolio platform, display your project portfolio and map, sync your Google reviews, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to provide the service (e.g., displaying your public portfolio to visitors, using Google APIs for review sync).
When you choose the "Analyze with AI" option to suggest before/after photo pairings, downscaled copies of the selected project photos are sent to a third-party AI provider (Groq) to detect matching viewpoints. This happens only when you explicitly request it; on iPhone and iPad this analysis runs entirely on your device and no photos leave it.
Projfolio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
